FNB Useless Chat and Personal Bankers

Good day, Once again i have to deal with "My personal Banker" at FNB. Absolutely useless. Why am i paying premium fees? And when you chat to them, After waiting an hour sometimes. They give you absolute stupid answers, and myself must phone around to solve a problem. Thats why i pay for that service. I bought R79 Data, but never received SMS from FNB and No DATA. Money went off my banking account but did not receive data. Paul AND Sandisiwe. Sandisiwe did not even complete the chat. Pathetic service once again, refund my money now.
