FNB useless

My wife called FNB 2 days ago to close our business account and consultants there has the nerve to say that they will call back to tell us if the account is closed or not , what nonsense is this ???? I want this account closed immediately and will not be paying any additional fees just because of FNB's incompetence. This is unacceptable and I want feedback immediately and the account closed like yesterday - reference number ***
