FNB Useless bunch of people
So there is this random transaction : ZBD FX IBI9E01945 SD3GR30DF8F080H1 for R379 which I have no idea what its for and FNB refuses to reverse it. Had my acount for 9 years. Guess Ill have to go somewhere else!!

Kindly be advised that this is a charge for a payment that you processed previously sometime in June and July where by you initiated a Forex payment online and choose the option of paying the recipient's bank charges as well as your own charges.
The delay was with the recipient has the remittance bank can take a month or longer to provide a figure from their side. There will be another amount going off as this was only one charge for one of the amounts.
