FNB, Useless bank for kids accounts!

Hello Fello South Africans, Can I please warn you for the ******* and unwanted practices of FNB. They are a bunch of useless bankers and I would like to advise you to be super cautious when opening an account with them. I have opened an account for my 3 kids and out of the blue, one of the accounts disappeared. We don't know where to and don't know how to get it back. After consulting their online chat support for hours (useless as well) they advised me to go to a branch to look for help. Waiting at a branch for hours didn't help to get the account back. So, conclusion, account gone, no idea what money is on there, but they claim that all went well. Bunch of absolute idiots!!! I will start closing all the FNB account (private and business), because this treatment is happening for months already. Please people........be careful with these *********!!!
