FNB - Useless bank

Good Day

i have made a payment to an ABSA account yesterday in error. Me as a FNB customer for over 20 years asked my bank to reverse that money and they tell me unfortunately it will take 5-7 days and further more still take a 326 off my account for this reversal. I think this is nonsense why should i pay to reverse my own money?? if thats the case i am closing this FNB account and moving to a new bank. I need to know what is the need to pay that 326 for oh and also if the reversal doesnt go through they still take the 326.
