FNB USELESS BANK !!!!

FNB has the most horrible and *********** customer service ever. Since last year a company called Indreamweaver has been debiting my account *****ulently. This matter has been reported to FNB countless times, and nothing gets done. I stopped the debit order on my Internet banking, yet the debits continue. I asked that FNB refund me the unauthorised debits, but only silence from FNB. FNB sees fit to pay my money to others without my consent, but does not have the decency to correct their errors.

THESE DEBITS MUST STOP !!!!!!

How many more times must I report this? FNB is beyond useless and ***********.

Yet the debits continue. I cannot even file a dispute with FNB as the Dispute function has been removed.
