FNB Useless bank

Since January 2023 i have been trying to get a prescribed letter from Credit Card Legal. Went to 3 branches: Blue Route, Plumstead and Grassy Park branches and no one could assist me. Even logged a complaint on FNB website and no one came back to me. This bank is pathetic and leaves me no choice but to log a complaint at the ombudsman for financial services. I would not recommend this bank to anyone as their consultants has attitude and even their branch managers. what happend to customer service without us the bank would be nothing.
