FNB USELESS BANK

I had a temp loan with Fnb, which was settled in 2023 already. I tried to purchase a vehicle and it got declined due to this loan that has been paid off last year already. I did phoned FNB months ago and they said they will have it sorted... after months it hasn't been sorted yet.. so I got declined for something that is actually not my fault. I tried to contact FNB on the 30 July, running in circles for more than a hour, without any success. I am also going to move my 3 business accounts I'm having with FNB to another bank with better customer services. I will aldo cancel my policys im having with FNB. I need FNB to take this default of my name. It has been settled more than a year ago... is FNB sleeping??? There's no one at FNB interested to assist. I am going to the Ombudsman if FNB doesn't catch a quick wake up.
