FNB useless bank

I have been a customer for over 22 years with FNB. Bought 2 houses, 5 cars. Paid them all up. I had a problem 5 years ago but within 6 months Settled every cent with them. At present i have many accounts with them including my business account. I am giving them so much income of late yet they will not assist me with a credit card. All my accounts are way in credit. I have no debt and cannot for the life of me understand why they can't assist me. Standard bank, ABSA and Discovery has given me a credit card. So i will be closing my accounts with FNB. Useless service fir a 22 year old customer.
