FNB - Useless as usual - How can we not help you !!!

I have been begging FNB to downgrade a FNB Gold Account to a Savings account for a week. Chatting on secure chat is a waste of time as it takes 3 hours for them to respond as you are 768 in the queue at 8am. I keep on getting told someone is going to call me back and no one does.

Then I call to speak to my "Personal Banker", supposedly a perk of being a Platinum Customer who tells me she cannot help me and will get someone to call me back.

I call Nedbank and they answered in under 3 minutes and told me they can transfer all my banking to them in less than a day ... Lets see what happens by the close of business
