FNB useless as always (licence renewal)

0 star if possible. Renewed my car licence on FNB banking app. They sent an email confirming that they have debited my account for the handling fee (R199) and debited my account for the licence renewal of the vehicle (R480) and requested that I send some documentation through to a separate email address which I did.

I can see on the FNB banking app that they have taken my money and have received my documentation. It has been in this state since 2019-11-30 (today is (2019-12-04).

No one from FNB can let me know what the issue is and they are blaming everything on the 3rd party vendor - DO NOT OFFER A "SERVICE" AS YOUR OWN IF IT IS NOT< ALSO DO NOT OFFER A "SERVICE" if you are not prepared to follow through for your clients - you are happy to take my money and offer nothing in return - your business ethics are disgusting and a disgrace to the profession.

Your staff are also incomepetant and refuse to escalate issues upon request. DISGUSTING BANK - you are epitome of greed and incompetence, looking elsewhere for a banking partner as you clearly to not appreciate our business relationship. I will take my business to tyme bank and the likes - bye!
