Fnb useless app and service support

Tried to link my banking app to my new phone only to find out I have now been miraculously blocked for 48 hours.

The digital support team offers no help whatsoever and they said I must just wait 48 hours?? How do they expect me to be without any banking means for 48 hours?!?! Fnb's online banking is useless without the app because you have to approve evverything through your banking app.

What a useless bank! FNB you just lost a customer.
