FNB - Useless - Annoying Service

This morning I tried processing an eft - the online app -sad insufficient funds - iI tried the second time still same error message (it suppose to come up with a warning to say duplicate payment) - i tried from another account still the same error message.

A few minutes later i get 3 sms that all 3 payment went through - I tried chatting using secure chat - the most annoying thing ever - that if try calling ***you get to speak to a robot that doesnt understand you problem - while waiting for over 10 minutes no one answers your call
