Fnb useless and treats clients like trash!!!!!

Myself and my spouse have bought a property through fnb and sent a complaint as to how the townhouse was built back in 2018 and that the roof stucture is exposed. Its now 2020 and they only getting back now that my ceilings that have been damaged. They send a useless inspector through to our property that is not even there for two minutes to do an inspection and goes back and gives his verdict. Innocentia Ndlovu sends an email that holds no merit from the complaints department. We will be moving our bond to nedbank that is giving a 10 times better rate that does not racially profile clients and treats clients fairly! Beware if you are a person of colour stay away from fnb!!!!
