FNB Useless and *********** Help center.

I had a fusion Cheque account with FNB and closed the account because of their ridiculously high monthly fees. After I closed the account, I realized that there was an outstanding amount on that closed account. It took FNB months to assist me. They managed to open the account and I paid the outstanding amount and then they closed it again. That was in May, but to this day it still appear as an unsettled debt on clear score. I have been calling and going to FNB branches for the past 2 months with no assistance. Can FNB update their system and send me the settlement letter!!! Imagine having a bad credit history for a lousy R650??!!!
