FNB - Useless and Clueless and their own products

FNB absolutely useless at resolving queries, they are even clueless about their on products. I have a Flexi Cash withdrawal that i did on the FNB APP but no one has a clue about it and how they can assist me, Instead my calls have been passed around like a ball, each department that was said to "help me" were clueless about the product and would end up transferring my call to different departments. I have had this issue since the 15th October and still cant get my money. I have wasted my time spending 2 hours at the branch because no one new about this Flexi Save which is apparently a new feature on their App. New Feature that all employees are clueless about???? *Shocking* I wasted my money and time trying to resolve this and even those secure chats dont help. Some consultants just hang up on purpose or just keep quiet. To think i wanted to switch from My Capitec bank to this! All i want is to withdraw my money and stay away from this bank
