FNB useless AGAIN!!!

My handbag was ****** & money was withdrawn from my cheque and savings accounts - R4000. This stupid bank's ***** department refuses to refund me yet its their security system that has issues. My pin was obviously not written down anywhere in my bag so how can ****s access my money? They also say that I didn't call in time to block my cards. How was I supposed to call when my phones were also ****** with that handbag??!! When I asked them this, I got no response. It took me less than 30 minutes to run around & find a damn phone & google their number. I'm done with this stupid bank and I'll be damned if you think I'm done with this issue!! Also, the laxy I spoke to when I called to block my cards gave me the wrong information. *********, stupid and useless!!
