FNB USELESS

So I am one of 2 trustees on my complex's bank account. When the other trustee could not log in and we had to change to 1 trustee. The uphill received from FNB was extraordinary. Every person I spoke to gave me another form to fill, then when one of the forms was filled in according to age. Eldest trustee was first it made him the default autho on the account... Really FNB cause his name was first.... ***.

Anyway this is be going on for weeks now. And still no Joy. This is why I dont bank with FNB in my private capacity... Cause they useless....
