FNB Useless

Must say FNB went from the best bank to the worst bank, showing their true colours during a time where the whole world is hit hard by the Covid19 crisis. ,They are quick enough to offer all kinds of services, taking your money with the promise to deliver on those services. But when you actually need to make use of those services (due to a crisis you had no control over) they stab you in the back, trying to force you to take out another loan to make more debt at their profit. Of all the banks FNB is the only one who looks to make money off their clients at a time of crisis, choosing their greed for money over the very clients that keep them in business. On top of that, their customer service is beyond shocking... I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for some form of reply from FNB regarding a claim I want to put in. I have submitted multiple claims, reference numbers given, but no response from FNB. Absolutely pathetic!
