Fnb useless

I've been waiting more than a week for fnb to refund me money they wrongfully deducted from my account. No response just I have to wait,every day they say 48 hours. It's been a week. Saw on banking app the same wrong amounts are up for deduction this month again,no assistance when I phone, no response when I email. I'm fed up,they are useless. I will definitely close my account as this is the same as *****ing.
