FNB Useless

Good day,

I would like to put a complaint in. I really feel that your slogan or motto (how can we help you?) is useless. You dont live up to that.

Last week Thursday I went to your Menlyn Main branch for change. Second time i visit the branch. There is always only ine teller open to assist customers. More than an hour in both occasions just to get change.

I have opened a FNBy transact account for my son this afternoon online. Then I see I cant deposit money into his new account. I called twice and have been on the line with the call centre for more than an hour and everytime they put me through to a different department which each person tells me is the wrong department. Im still not assisted or helped with my query.

Your bank is pathetic no service at all and the last person I spoke to was beyond rude.

Please let me know if customer service is a priority or else I will move my money else where.
