FNB ***** - USELESS!!

I opened a ***** case on the 2nd of Jan 2024, to THIS DAY not one single investigator has contscted me. I have escalated the case more that 6 times. Beverly Nukeri ( tje person assigned to my case) is always "out of office" or "busy". No response in email from FNB updating me on my case, no help from Beverly or the call centre either. We sent them everything that was needed. FNB this is the worst service I've ever recieved. Who's going to compensate for ****** money? YOU?
