Fnb useless

Fnb is useless. I went to the bank yesterday, after waiting more than 1 hour. I app**** for a loan. They said that i can only get a overdraft account. I took it and they said that i was approved and i saw it with my own eyes and was told the money will be in my account within an hour.

Its been 24 hours and still nothing. I just went to the bank now and was informed that i was nog approved. HOW CAN THEY SAY IM APPROVED AND THE NEXT DAY SAY IM NOT??? I DID NOT EVEN GET A NOTIFICATION!!

The options of the overdraft as well as the temporary loan is not available anymore. And it was on my app yesterday morning.
