FNB USELESS
I need to find out if a document is at the Lynwood branch. There is no way to contact the lynwood branch. Nobody can tell me if the documents are at the lynwood branch. All number supp**** take you back to a national call centre, at which nobody knows what to do, or how to answer my question. FNB want you to get into your car, drive there for 45 minutes, find parking, stand in a queue, just to answer a yes / no question. It took me 45 minutes, several phone calls, and countless redirections to the central call centre lead me nowhere. Then apparently there is some 'trick' to get through to the branch, which still does not work. HOW DO YOU GET THROUGH TO THE BRANCH TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION!!!!??????!!!!!
