Fnb useless

It’s been 5 days since my complaint no one got back to me. My account is in a mess my credit profile is messed up due to FNB incompetence and lack of customer service. I am disgusted for I haven’t received any update, I’m so tired of this stupid bank. I don’t want a call from a stupid consultant or stupid manager, I want the problem sorted.
