FNB useless!

Over 10 days ago I reported ***** activity. FNB is useless they gave me a case number *** and have not heard a single thing back from them. I emailed them to ask if this is the professionalism I have to deal with and not even a reply. Very disappointed with FNB and would not recommend anyone to bank with them. I'm going to cancel my account aswell as there is no protection or customer service from them!
