FNB used to be simple and helpful.
I have major problems in verifying myself. Used to just go to my app and say, 'Yes, it's me'. Now I have to pose for a camera. 'Move closer', 'Move further', 'Nod your head slowly up and down.'... Nothing happens. I can't imagine what people walking past my office think of me nodding away slowly at my laptop. Still not verified.

13 Oct 2022, 10:50This is SO frustrating! Yesterday it wouldn't let me validate myself because the camera didn't like my face. Today it won't validate me because I can't provide the correct pin number. "If you make one more mistake, we're going to cut you off/drown you/report you to the PINafore Patrol...". I CAN'T REMEMBER MY PIN NUMBER! That's why I'm trying to get it from my account!
