FNB use photocopy of ID to make ********** transactions

I went to collect my forex from your branch in Sandton City this morning, the forex was ordered online and paid from my Credit Card account. I collected my forex, not long after the teller decided to withdraw funds from my Cheque Account, by means of my ID number obtained from the photo copy that he took. To make matters worse he then tried to smear off FNB's cash card for the same value as what was **********ly withdrawn from my Cheque Account. Why does FNB tellers have unrestricted access to client’s accounts, and secondly why does FNB try to sell a product in the midst of it all? It feels like a lot like a forced selling strategy. I have to but question FNB's honesty and integrity...
