FNB upgrading your card online!

<p>While I was away on holiday in Dubai, I logged on to my online banking profile on FNB. They prompted that I could upgrade my Gold credit and cheque accounts to Platinum. So I did, they propmted me to insert a delivery address for the cards to be delivered to me. The courier company supposedly tried to contact me on the 23rd of December, but being out of the country they could not reach me. Fair enough! that's not their fault that I was away, but now trying to get hold of my new cards has become such a mission. I'vew spoken to 5 different people from FNB... who keeps tranferring me to the next department!! I've just spend over R200 airtime and I still do not know how/ when/ where I am going to get my Cards from!!! I mean really, how *********** can you be?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then several personnell just state its simply not in their hands I need to contact the courier company- Mr D, which is even worse, they do not even answer I was listening to a melody for over 25 minutes and had to cut the call because my airtime by this time had run out! How come the courier only phones you once then never again abnd its impossible to call them back. Are they goign to pay for my airtime. FNB together with its partnered courier company are the worst! So sad to see the poor service delivery and they always advertise how easy it is with FNB. A load of nonsense if you ask me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So dissapointed!</p>
