FNB upgraded account without my permission

On Monday the 4th of August 12:21 I was contacted telephonically by a lady whop offered me a credit limit increase on my credit car / an upgrade to private clients credit card. I made it very clear that I will take the limit increase but I do not want to upgrade my account, I want to stay on Premier she then decided its a good Idea to upgrade my card anyways.

So now I cannot access my credit card account / use my cards as both accounts is now a stuff up

I have tried to get this resolved since Monday, Private client bankers does not respond, yesterday another Lady contacted me saying she will send me documentation that I need to sign to downgrade again....

The account was upgraded with a few second phone call and now its a shlep...

Can someone please assist ASAP
