FNB Upgrade On App Is A Nightmare

I upgraded my aspire credit card to premier on the app, they upgraded me from aspire to private clients, which wasn't even a option on the app. I'm very frustrated with this, my accounts are now misaligned and I now cannot earn ebucks. It also take 3-5 working days to downgrade. This is not my fault and hope they can downgrade my account immediately or I will definitely be moving banks. Utterly disappointed.
