Fnb up to no good pathetic customer server
My savings pocket has been put on hold without fnb calling when I made calls I had to find out for myself after going to the branch myself with the person who queried the issue and we have resolved and since Friday after coming to the bank and being assisted by Thando who went above and beyond fnb still hasn’t contacted me to resolve the issue yet all information was provided and I can’t use the funds in my account which is my day to day funds! Causing a dire strain in my life

14 Jan 2025, 18:01I have still not heard back from anyone handling this issue and we have been back and forth about the same thing and Xolani from ***** said if both parties are in the bank and resolved their issues than the case can be closed but you guys have not gotten back to anyone and the the truth of the matter is the money is not the banks it’s cash money that the bank should not have access to so fnb freezes peoples money which they have no barring on
