FNB UP TO ****

I have 2 transactions of R270 each that went off my account 2 days in a row that I have no knowledge of. Items Paid No funds....???? What is this? FNB please explain???? I've tried to dispute the transactions but to no avail which means this is FNB billing me on god knows what!!! I'm a new customer of yours and I'm seriously not impressed. You're taking the food out of my mouth ffs!! Your customer service is also seriously up to ****. I'm waiting anxiously on your explanation FNB........
