FNB unwilling to look at bond rates after 2 years
After having our home loan with FNB for 2 years, and being told that our monthly rate would be re evaluated every 6 months. We are yet to see even the smallest change in our rate. <br> <br> I think they could do a better job of trying to retain their clients in these tough economic times. We have decided to approach other banks about moving our home loan across to them.<br> <br> I would love some feedback from FNB to see if they can live up to their motto `how can we help you`
