FNB Unwilling to help with consolidation of short term debt

Hi

Want to complain on why FNB can just provide me short term dept but they are unwilling to provide me a product that will consolidate all my short term debt in 1 loan that will bring my monthly payments down to FNB from R10 000 to R4500 over a 3 year time frame what I want to do is close my overdraft facility and bring my credit card limit down to R1000 and close my current loan that I have with FNB and finish paying my FNB device.( This is what I will do with the loan money so almost 90 % of the money is going back to FNB so please take this plan in consideration).

I would like FNB Management to provide me an official statement why they are unwilling to help there private bankers to bank smartly and just take there money so that I can post the reason on Social media so that that the public can know why not to make short term debt with FNB.

Kind Regards Abrie Fleming

I have double checked my mails and i have not received any feedback since the complaint has been logged and my private banker has not contacted me. When can I expect feedback as I am not getting any where with FNB I have approached Standard Bank and they assisted me without any issues , so would like an official statement from FNB why they dont want to help there customers were other banks are more then willing to help
