Fnb unwilling to help me close account as I can't get to a branch

My account is being debited by a foreign exchange debit order, I told u I never subscribed to it.u then said I can't close my account,ITS NOT ***** U SAID, all my debit orders keep bouncing and u keep telling me to get to a branch, I told u I'm in the karoo 5hours from a FNB, SO CAN SOMEONE WAKE UP AND HELP ME TO CLOSE THIS AWEFUL ACCOUNT.
