FNB, unwilling to help!

After many requests and explanations to have my debt consolidated with FNB, they just do not respond! I'm a huge supporter of FNB and have been with them for years and have always found their service exceptionally good and prompt! The latest inability to contact me and help me with my latest request, really puts me in doubt about FNB's service charter. I'd hate to think that my business isn't good enough anymore and that I should move my business elsewhere... I'm disappointed and rather upset by their lack of service! Sadly FNB, I think your slogan should be \how WONT we help you"!"""
