Fnb unwilling to assist, misleading
Fnb misleading and unwilling to assist. Branch, Fnb Secure Chat and Call Centre says different things. Very disappointing as I have been banking with them for many years

04 May 2020, 11:33I received a email from Complaints department this morning, they needed more information, I sent the detail and they rep**** saying that this will now be escalated to the relevant department. I will await their response and update this.
