FNB unwilling to assist clients.

We are Leemarco Business Enterprise, specialising in the supply and delivery of goods and services mainly in the construction sector. My client in Zimbabwe paid for my services on the 25th of March, the FNB Forex team has been dragging their feet in releasing these funds. They are never proactive in helping, I always have to follow up how far the process is, whatever they require, they only mention when you follow up. 11 days later, I am still in the dark and now my client is thinking of cancelling my services.

Most businesses are limping post the Covid-19 pandemic, but with FNB it can only get worse as they enjoy delaying customers and subsequently killing small black businesses. I'm not sure if opening a business account with them was a good move.
