Fnb untrained staff
Last week my wife went to our mall to open a fnb bank account. Unfortunately the bank is not close to our house. But decided to go with fnb because there is an atm in our neighborhood. Yesterday we received an sms to collect our atm card. So we went there and were told that our card was actually in some other town. Maybe for fnb money grows on trees. But not for us. Now I have put more petrol and take more time off work to get the card. But why should they care. Nor do the staff. It's not there problem

27 May 2022, 15:35So basically after been messed around by fnb the ENTIRE day. And was promised that the card will be delivered to our house. We get a call that saying that the consult who opened this account basically has no idea if wat she is doing.( I personally believe that even the lady who is giving us the run around at help desk has no clue) and that this particular card should have been issued in the branch when we opened the account. FNB DO U HAVE ANY BODY WHO U HAVE SENT FOR TRAINING OR KNOW *** THEY ARE DOING. I highly doubt it. Maybe I must spend the Petrol and go close the account. And open it at a world class institute. Cause obviously fnb are being run worse than our infamous government. And that saying something.
