Fnb Untrained sales team i think

I get a call last Tuesday from an fnb sales consultant selling me a Vodafone contract, I wasn't interested, then she tells me I can get R200 airtime plus 2 Vodafone smart kicka phones for R178 per month, then I was quite interested, I went on and made sure there's no catch etc. because it sound too good to be true. and signed up for the contract. I received the phones on Friday, then I had to call Vodacom to activate the contract which I did, once activated I only received R50 airtime so I was quite irritated but thought maybe it was a mistake so I called them up today to notify them that I only got R50 and not R200. the lady logs a ticket for investigation. Someone calls me back and I tell them my issue but she is not understanding that I'm telling her to listen to the recording of the conversation I had with the sales lady to prove that I was sold a contract For R200 airtime and not R50 airtime but she insists that I have signed up for R50 which I did not! but no one has listened to the recording or spoken to the sales consultant! I mean what kind of an investigation is that? eventually I told her to cancel the contract and come fetch the phones! CLEARLY THERE WAS A CATCH!
