FNB unsuccessful dispute.

I have reported a ***** case with FNB , #2023 - ***. Attempts to follow up on the case is a nightmare. I kept being sent from ***** dep. *** to Dispute dep. ***, and back. I also get no response back from the email address @ ***, where there has being communications before. At my last successful attempt to get information, I was told to open a case at the SAP, witch I did and submitted it by email, case number ***. with all the relevant documentation.

I would really appreciate feedback on this matter as it is drawing on now for 3 months. FNB, if you are reading this, please respond.
