FNB unsuccessful ATM deposit

I deposited funds at a ATM outside the OR Tambo Branch on 25/04/2026 and the deposit was unsuccessful. I completed the claim form and was given a refence number. As per the consultant the claim should/would be resolved in 3 business days. To date the funds are yet to be allocated and 6 business days have past.
