FNB Unsavoury service!!!

it on tI am a paying FNB client who is totally dissatisfied with the bank's service. In November I spoke to SYLVIE PATHER and concluded an arrears arrangement. To my total dismay, I kept getting sms's from the bank about outstanding. I subsequently called their called centre and spoke to a very *********** agent named MPHO SITHOLE whom it took over 14 minutes to explain myself to. She acknowledged that she sees that I had app**** for an arrangement and that SILVIE PATHER had not loaded he system. Reluctantly, she then made an undertaking to consult with SYLVIE PATHER (not sure why she couldn't just own up to the problem and get back to me directly)to remedy the account herself. A month later my bank account is hit with a HUGE debit order accounting for three months worth of arrears all in one transaction (I really dumbstruc**** I mean the reason I made an arrangement was precisely because I couldn't afford to make one HUGE payment, now this???). I found myself having to go through the same painful process of having to explain myself to FNB call centre agents who instead of owning up to the mishap become extremely defensive and evasive. I ultimately insisted on speaking to any manager (because they said "my manager has left") after holding for what seemed like an eternity, THANDI MOSEHLA was put on the line. I had start explain myself all over again!!! She eventually went into the system and said she would refer the matter to Sylvie Pather's manager (What??? even management lacks ownership!!!) . I insisted on getting senior management details and I was referred to JOLANDIE JANSEN VAN VUUREN. After telling me pretty much the same situation that Mpho had told me, she gave me Jolandie's email address. I am livid that my credit status is being jeopardised by bank administrators who show no sense of responsibility over their work. I am forced to suffer simply because someone believes they can exercise power over me as a paying customer. I am totally livid and appalled by FNB service standards. I going to take this to the highest adjudicator possible.
