FNB Unreliable

I payed fnb the outstanding balance of R361,00 on the 15th of November 2021.they promised to send me the payed up letter within 5days its now the 11th day today and I'm still waiting for the letter.When I check my credit score at experian its sill shows fnb as unpayed.
