FNB unreal banking penalties

I would really like some assitance, they will for example deduct a R 110.00 transaction/debit order when there is no funds...then reverse the amount and charge me R 185 penalty fee on top of the debit order fee...redicilious. Surely they can see there is NO funds.

If there is also for example R 1300 in the account and two payments which one is R 1100 and the other R 2000, they deduct the R 2000 first, then the R 1100, so both gets declined leaving me with R 370 penalty fee on top of the debit order fee! This is redicilious, if the debit order is not successful because they cannot be pro-active enough to see there is not enough funds available, why the massive penalty fee! As you can see, it quickly adds up to hundreds of rands just over 1 night....this month deductions was made on the 1st which is on a Saturday, which NEVER happened before. Then Sunday night/Monday morning nothing weant through which always was the case if the 1ste fell on a weekend...then again Tuesday night for the rest of deductions, so changing their deduction dates inconsistantly and making it difficult to manage funds in the account!

Day light *******! Have you ever heard of paying about R 200 banking fees for electronic transaction for a R 74 debit order, wow!
