FNB UNREACHABLE WHEN YOU NEED HELP...YET THEIR MOTTO IS "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"
I've been trying to get through to Fnb branch gateway.There is no direct contact number available anywhere on the internet.There is a 087 number which ask you to listen and select numbers with regards to your query.However it cuts off after you select a number.My question is...Why is there no direct number for this branch?I was not calling a call center..I was calling a branch.Why is it so difficult to get through to them?

18 Nov 2023, 12:01They sent an email stating they will call me as soon as possible.Half the day is gone by and the branch I'm trying to contact is going to close in an hour.FNB HAS NOT CONTACTED ME.I tried to call again but same story unable to actually speak to anyone but automative response. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS USUAL

18 Nov 2023, 12:48I finally managed to get through to speak to someone Unfortunately apparently they unable to help me because they not the consultant whom helped me with my query.And news flash FNB BRANCHES APPARENTLY DONT HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER...SO IF YOU SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT ABOUT A QUERY,EVEN IF THEY HAVE YOUR NUMBER AND CALL YOU,,YOU CAN NEVER CALL THEM BACK!
