FNB unprofessionalism and incompetence

I am currently working abroad and transferred money from my foreign account to FNB. I keep on checking Forex on my FNB app for receipts to be approved. But it keeps showing offline. In the meantime my debit orders may fail, benefiting FNB as they charge alot for returns. The team of bankers just pass me on from department to department until I get sent back to forex department. Which was the 1st bankers that I chatted to. Nobody is helping me but FNB is quick to take their fees for poor service and always being offline on forex. I have been a client for over a decade. I don't know why I expose myself to this stress everytime. It's not a pleasure to bank with FNB more of a worry and banking fees for nothing.
