FNB UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TRANSPARENT
I honestly don't know if the people @ FNB THINK WE ARE STUPID AND DONT KNOW ABOUT BASIC BANKING PRINCIPLES! NO WHERE IN THE WORLD CAN YOU PURCHASE ANY ITEM WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE FUNDS ESPECIALLY WHEN I DID NOT TAKE A OVERDRAFT...NOW IT LOOKS LIKE ON A WEEKLY BASIS MONEY IS GOING OUT AS ITEM NOT PAID I CALLED FNB NUMEROUS TIMES AN UP TO DATE I CANNOT GET A CLEAR EXPLANATION OF WHAT THAT REALLY IS WHEN I ALWAYS HAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT! CLOSE ALL FNB Accounts they are useless at explaining any banking procedures to clients all their worry about is making sales!!! If they do not improvise with transparency I will keep posting on Hello peter till someone who is properly educated can explain to me item not paid!

So a person needs to post on Hello Peter to get assistance straight away I sent ul a email straight on FNB I had no response the moment I came to hello peter its high priority..get uls house in order..and I'm one person that is not going to back down on exposing ul and the item not paid saga!!! Numerous people for years on end as been complaining and the answer ul give is the merchants banking system howcome ul the only bank that does this?? Please I've sent FnB screenshots of other clients on Hello peter complaining about the same thing from 2018 there has been posts we now in 2023 with the way of technology u telling me ul cannot correct it ! No ul love sucking us dry for the last of what we have just to remind ul it is our money ul messing with ul did not give me money for free I worked 4it! There are other banks where this is not a problem learn a thing or 2 from CAPITEC THIS BANK IS RUNNING LESS YEARS THAN UL AND NOT A SINGLE ITEM NOT PAID NONSENSE!! I WANT MY MONEY REIMBURSED. FINISHED AND CLOSE MY DAMN ACCOUNT!
