FNB Unprofessional lack of service

Have been hanging on for 7,5 minutes to get a response from the PayPal desk. Only another indication of a bank that has grown too big and has forgotten the principle of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Still hiding behind Covid for such lax, uncaring and unprofessional (lack of) service.
